Open to both our hotel guests and the general public, our restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service. We use fresh, locally sourced produce, wherever possible for your meals, which are prepared by our students with the support of our professional chefs. Meals are served in our restaurant or cosy bar by students, who aim to provide the highest levels of service.
